As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our software products and systems. You will collaborate closely with our development, product management, and quality assurance teams to produce user manuals, online help, release notes, and other technical materials that enable our customers to maximize the value of our products.

Responsibilities

Document Creation: Create and update user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and other technical materials in English to ensure clarity and comprehensibility.
User Assistance: Develop online help systems and interactive guides to assist users in navigating and troubleshooting our software.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit documents for grammar, style, and consistency to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to obtain accurate information and insights.
Knowledge Base Implementation & maintenance: Help implementing a comprehensive knowledge management system to store and organize the company’s information and expertise.
Create and maintain content within the knowledge base, including articles, documents, manuals, FAQs, and multimedia resources.
Develop content creation guidelines and ensure consistent quality and relevance of materials.
Create a governance to ensure the Knowledge Management lifecycle.

What we’re looking for

University degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years’ experience on a similar position, preferably in multinational environment
English language proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent technical writing skills
Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work
Understanding of concepts of software system engineering
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
