Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyse business requirements;
  • Assess business impact of potential change;
  • Elaborate design documentation on the basis of information gathered by SMEs;
  • Communicate and confirm requirements with customers’ counterparts;
  • Work with project teams to document features and optimize functionality where necessary

What we’re looking for

  • At least 5 years experience on a similar position, preferably in multinational environment;
  • Fluency in English is a must (fluency in French is a plus);
  • Excellent technical writing skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Understanding of concepts of software system engineering;
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently and with little supervision;
  • Capability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of main principles of insurance business will be considered as an advantage
