Understand the intersection of business and technology
Analyze and review software requirements
Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities
Develop and maintain QA guidelines and processes
Work with project teams to document features and optimize functionality where necessary

1-2 years of experience in testing applications and writing test scenarios
Good command of English (French language will be considered as a plus)
Excellent technical writing skills and communication skills
Critical eye for detail
Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work
Understanding of concepts of software system engineering
Ability to work independently and with little supervision
Capable to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Knowledge of main principles of insurance business will be considered as an advantage
