Take on the leadership of a product within a team and ensure the implementation of good practices and a strong product culture;
Communicate with stakeholders and get them to adhere to our initiatives;
Advocate and coordinate the product team, partners, and stakeholders to make sure all are aligned around the strategy the product needs to be going on for success;
Bring the short and medium term vision of the internal tools as well as a strategy to implement it;
Develop user knowledge in collaboration with the Design and Technical teams
Define and manage the development of the product by ensuring the follow-up with Product owners and Tech teams of user stories, backlog, epics;
Prioritize features and product roadmap;
Communicate regularly on the progress of the realization of the product and your roadmap
Be responsible for the product quality and responsible for the product KPIs to measure impacts
Animate the team by participating in Agile ceremonies, encouraging the spirit of collaboration

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher);
Minimum 5 years experience on a Product Manager position, preferably in Digital Trust sector;
Fluency in English language;
Motivation to work on complex projects;
At ease with Agile and Lean methodologies within a company;
Ability to prioritize topics and meet deadlines;
Strong sense of User Experience and attention to detail;
Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work;
Leadership skills and ability to work in a team;
In-depth technical knowledge to take part in technical decisions;
Understanding of concepts of software system engineering;
Strong business acumen in project planning and management;
Excellent analysis and communication skills
