Minimum 1+ years working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Must exhibit strong knowledge and experience of agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
Detailed understanding of core Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Standups, Sprint Retrospectives etc.
Maintain an understanding for the team’s strong and weak points and propose proactively solutions to increase long-term performance.
Sync up on team KPIs and metrics with management and stakeholders with the ability to concisely summarize findings and propose adjustments when necessary.
Demonstrated evidence of a servant leadership mindset.
Proficient in the use of Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Adaptable leader that is able to select the right tool and approach primarily based on the Scrum guidelines for the specific Scrum team s/he is leading.
Analytically oriented professional that is capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions based on facts and objective results.
Ability to teach and train on Agile, and Scrum at a level accessible to beginners and a drive to learn and share her or his knowledge and craft.
A change agent that progressively challenges the team to continuously improve.
Good understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, etc.
Good negotiation, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent people skills, with an ability to understand diverse viewpoints.
High Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills).
Apply knowledge and critical thinking skills to day-to-day problems and solutions.
Ability to facilitate, coach, and guide through influence, inspiration, collaboration, and teamwork.
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
“Scrum Master Certification CSM, PSM I, or PMI-ACP required.”
Fluency in English language.
