TINQIN 2025 Vision: Growth, Innovation, and Ambition

Following his keynote at TINQIN’s annual team-building event in Pravets, Managing Director Jean-Charles Miginiac took a moment to discuss the three pillars of the company’s strategy for 2025.


Growing: What does growth mean for TINQIN today?

Growth is not just about numbers, although the results speak for themselves. As early as September, we had already surpassed last year’s revenue, and we are firmly on track to reach our 2024 target of €36 million.

More importantly, growth at TINQIN doesn’t mean just top-line growth. Building internal capacity (investing in people, systems, training, etc) is how we earn the trust of our partners.

Our software services provide a stable business foundation, which allows us the freedom to invest in new and more ambitious directions. The ability to expand both our client base and internal capabilities simultaneously is a testament to the organization’s maturity.


Innovating: Your presentation emphasized products and technologies. What does innovation look like at TINQIN today?

In 2023, we became Be Ys’s innovation and R&D center. This means we’re no longer just delivering on projects. We are pioneers in building trust platforms and apps that help define the future of digital trust in Europe.

Consider solutions such as Kipmi, identity verification modules (PVID/KYC), delegation workflows, electronic signatures, and sovereign hosting. These aren’t isolated initiatives; they’re part of a coordinated solution strategy.

We’ve invested in dedicated teams for mobile development, AI, DevOps, certification, and cybersecurity. A single feature, such as PVID (remote video identification), involves coordination across at least six specialized roles. That level of complexity requires a different type of team structure, one that reflects the breadth of expertise needed to deliver a feature or app.

In TINQIN, innovation isn’t a once-a-year hackathon. It’s part of our everyday jobs. From the outset, our teams have been structured not only to develop solutions but also to refine them based on client feedback.


You closed your presentation with a message about contributing to the extraordinary. What does ambition mean for TINQIN?

We want to stay realistic in our 2025 goals, but we don’t want to limit ourselves either. Ambition isn’t about chasing the impossible. It’s about not holding back due to a lack of imagination or drive.

Our ambition is to become a key innovation engine within the Be Ys Group. That’s not something you achieve with strategy alone. It’s something that takes collective effort, consistency, and initiative at every level of the company.

And we hold ourselves to a high standard. We expect everyone at TINQIN to be:
