TINQIN has been ranked third in the latest list of Bulgaria’s fastest-growing technology companies by the number of newly hired IT professionals. Over the past year, more than 240 new colleagues joined our team. The milestone reflects both our strong organizational growth and our role as a stable, forward-looking player in the software development sector.
While Forbes and other industry observers note a broader slowdown in IT hiring across parts of the market, TINQIN continues to scale strategically across all key areas: software engineering, business analysis, cybersecurity, mobile development, AI, and innovations in digital trust.
“As of September 2024, we had already exceeded our total 2023 revenue. We’re on track to reach our target of €36 million in revenue by the end of the year — but more importantly, we’re growing our internal capacity to deliver smarter, faster, and more secure solutions to our partners.”
Jean-Charles Miginiac, TINQIN’s Managing Director, during the company’s annual team event.
According to published hiring data, leading companies in Bulgaria reported workforce growth ranging between 20 and 300 IT professionals. Among software-focused companies, TINQIN ranked immediately after global leaders such as SAP (300 new hires) and ahead of ICT Strypes (120 new hires), reaffirming our position as one of the top local employers of technical talent.
In an environment where many businesses are taking a conservative approach to hiring, TINQIN stands out not just for its numbers but for its commitment to onboarding with quality, long-term career development, and deep engagement with every new team member.
“Shared success is our greatest achievement,” Miginiac added. “We grow because our people grow — and that’s what drives us forward, even in a changing market.”
As we look to the future, our focus remains clear: building the technical capacity and a collaborative culture that will shape the next generation of insurance and fintech software across Europe.
