In an interview for Capital, Ekaterina Dimova shared: On both a personal and business level, the most valuable lesson was learning to stay adaptive.
A key factor has always been the strong connection between our teams and our clients. Even in the most dynamic periods, we focus on creating an environment where people trust the company, feel secure, and know their contribution is valued. This stability allowed us to maintain a positive growth trend that began in 2019. Today we continue in the same direction, with expanding developer and engineer teams, new projects, and long-term partnerships across the European insurance sector.
We did not change our culture, we adapted it. Our readiness and technological infrastructure enabled us to transition to a decentralized model without losing pace. Micromanagement has never been part of our style. We hire autonomous and motivated engineers and architects who need context and support rather than constant control. This helped us preserve flexibility and foster even greater proactivity across teams.
The most important lesson is adaptability, approaching change with the mindset that it brings opportunities. Sometimes this is not easy, especially when change is unexpected. Yet in these moments stand out the organizations with engaged teams, commitment to results, and openness to transformation. This applies to business and personal life alike. When people feel they have both support and freedom to grow, the results are sustainable.
The core challenge is to continue scaling while preserving the authentic culture of the company. Our focus remains on caring for people not just as employees, but as individuals. We continue developing social benefits and programs related to emotional and mental wellbeing. We believe this is the foundation for productivity, engagement, and resilience in every situation, particularly in developer and architect roles that demand both technical expertise and creativity.
We will keep working actively on expanding our engineering and architecture teams while maintaining high standards in recruitment and integration. The leading priority remains the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, not as a reaction to specific events, but as a long-term strategy. We will continue to build on the good practices that have become part of TINQIN’s identity as a trusted partner in custom software development, IT consulting, and cybersecurity services for the insurance industry in Europe.
