A business analyst’s role is a challenging mixture of understanding the client’s needs and goals and communicating them in the best way possible to the rest of the team.

We support our clients from the definition of their needs to the acceptance phase, we work in close collaboration with the development team and we guarantee the quality by performing the functional tests.

We’re also responsible for preparing functional specifications. We guarantee the quality assurance of the applications and make sure that everything is ready for a successful delivery. 

Our contribution does not end after delivery. We also provide support for the UAT and could write the user guides. Our team consists of professionals who have strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
